These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Financial Systems Information, LLC ("FSI," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent life insurance agency located at 6340 Security Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21207. By using this website, submitting a form, booking a call, or communicating with us by phone, text, or email, you agree to these Terms.
FSI is an independent insurance agency licensed to sell life insurance. We are not an insurance carrier. We do not underwrite, issue, or guarantee any policy — the issuing carrier does. National Producer Number (NPN): 22104137.
All content on this site is educational only and is not insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice. Requesting a quote is not an application, and submitting an application does not guarantee that coverage will be issued. Coverage begins only when the issuing carrier approves your application and the policy is placed in force according to the carrier's terms.

Program description: If you opt in, FSI will send you text messages related to your quote request, your application status, appointment confirmations and reminders, policy service, and occasional educational or promotional information about our life insurance services.
How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our web forms, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent to an FSI representative. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
How to opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.
How to rejoin: To start receiving messages again after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, or submit a new form on our website with the SMS consent box checked.

Supported carriers and carrier liability: Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, filtered, or not delivered by any carrier or device.
Privacy: Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Compliance: FSI operates this messaging program in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging principles and best practices, and applicable carrier requirements. We honor all opt-out requests promptly and maintain internal do-not-call and opt-out records for at least five years.
If you call us or we call you, the call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training. Maryland is an all-party-consent state; you will be told at the start of the call that it may be recorded, and you may ask us not to record. You may request to be added to our internal do-not-call list at any time by telling any FSI representative or by emailing [email protected]. We honor those requests and retain the record for at least five years.
You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with or disrupt the site, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to submit false information or another person's information without their permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
